Hatha Yoga for Strength and Relaxation
The classes will be focusing on the exercise aspect of Hatha Yoga. Hatha Yoga is a combination of specific methods designed to develop every aspect of the individual: physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual. It is a scientific system which integrates the various branches of Yoga in order to bring about a complete and harmonious development of the individual. The class is suitable for all levels. The series of postures introduced combine strength building and length with periods of rest.
