Guided Meditation Series
Nothing heals like slowing down our mind
and our breathing. Take time to de-stress and build up your energy through guided
imagery meditation with Mary Warejcka. Each Tuesday,
Mary will lead a meditative journey that will focus on the benefits of deep
breathing and opening up to universal energies. In these unique classes, we
will invite Spirit energy in and combine breathing exercises, body positions
